Responsible Gaming Policy

Responsible Gaming at 9uk — Your Safety is Our Priority

9uk is committed to ensuring a safe, controlled, and enjoyable experience for every player — so that entertainment never turns into a problem.

Our Promise

Why is Responsible Gaming so important?

Playing on online casino and betting platforms can be a great source of entertainment — but it is important that it always remains controlled and mindful. 9uk believes that responsible gaming habits are beneficial not only for the individual, but for the whole family and society.

We have put various tools and policies in place to keep you safe on our platform. From deposit limits to full self-exclusion — at 9uk, you set your own playing limits. Our 24/7 live chat support team in Bengali is always by your side.

Remember: gambling is purely a form of entertainment. It is not a source of income, and it should never be seen as a way to solve financial problems. If you feel that gaming is getting out of control, seek help immediately.

Protection Tools

Your Safety Tools

Log in to 9uk and activate any of the following protection features from your Account Settings.

Deposit Limit

Set your own limit on how much you deposit each day, week, or month. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; a cooling-off period applies for increases.

Session Time Limit

Set automatic reminders or a logout after a set period of time. This is an effective way to avoid playing for long stretches without a break.

Time-Out Break

Take a temporary break from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this period your account will be locked and no betting will be possible.

Self-Exclusion

Close your account on a long-term or permanent basis. Once you self-exclude, it cannot be reversed before the specified period ends.

Loss Limit

Once you have lost a set amount, the platform will automatically stop you. This helps you avoid major financial losses.

Age Verification (21+)

9uk strictly prohibits anyone under 21 from opening an account or placing bets. Age verification is mandatory at registration.

Age Restriction

For Ages 21 and Over Only

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and bet at 9uk. We are committed to keeping minors away from gambling. If there are minors in your household, use parental control software on your device and keep your login details private. If you have any concerns, contact us.
